Build Goal

This Virtuoso build focuses on smaller fights, 1v1s, and controlled burst damage through Bladesongs. Instead of generating clones, you stock Blades that persist even after combat. Build up 4-5 Blades, pressure your target, then use your Bladesongs to burst, control, or defend.

Bladesong Sorrow
Bladesong Harmony

Use your blocks and weapon skills to build Blades, then spend them with Bladesong Sorrow or Bladesong Harmony once your target is pressured.

Priority Skills

  • Bladesong Sorrow — Your main burst skill.
  • Bladesong Harmony — Secondary burst and Blade dump.
  • Illusionary Counter — Block, Blade generation, and setup for shatters.
  • Confusing Images — Strong damaging channel, especially after blocking.
  • Signet of Illusions — Refreshes Bladesongs for burst, crowd control, or sustain.
  • Signet of Midnight — Panic button, stun break, stealth, distortion, and condition cleanse.
  • Blink — Mobility, chase, disengage, and stun break.

Survival

  • Use Bladesongs often to gain Aegis and trigger defensive traits.
  • Do not waste the active of Signet of the Ether unless you are in serious danger.
  • Use Signet of Midnight as your emergency stun break and mass condition cleanse.
  • Use Blink to escape to high ground, chase targets, or reposition quickly.
  • Use Bladeturn Requiem for instant protection, Aegis, and condition removal.
  • Use Blade Renewal as a time-out when you need to survive heavy pressure.

Tips

  • Look for 1v1s and smaller fights instead of large teamfights.
  • Try to use Bladesongs with 4-5 Blades stocked for stronger results.
  • Bladesongs require you to face the target, so position carefully before using them.
  • Use Signet of Illusions when you need another round of burst, control, or sustain.
  • Use Signet of Humility to secure kills on already pressured targets.
  • Weapon swapping helps cleanse conditions through Sigil of Cleansing.
  • Use Chaos Armor or Phase Retreat defensively, even while stunned.
